摘要
Abstract
China has compiled and implemented three rounds of overall planning for mineral resources. In the current planning, there are problems such as unclear functional orientation under the provincial level, insufficient systematic understanding of mineral resources, short of basic research and technical means. Under the strategic demand for ecological civilization construction, the overall planning of mineral resources is facing new situation and requirements. This paper comes up with prospects for a new round of mineral resources overall planning: (1) construct regional ecological security pattern and implement ecological civilization construction strategy; (2) carry out ecological value assessment of mineral resources, scientifically optimize mineral resources development and utilization plan; (3) encourage the development of green mining, transform the mode of development and utilization of mineral resources (4) strengthen the legal system construction and technical improvement of mineral resources management to achieve comprehensive use control; (5) use landscape ecology theory to promote ecological reconstruction and restoration of mining areas; (6) promote multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral integration to provide basic support for scientifically compiling mineral resources overall planning.关键词
