上杭县城乡规划建设与耕地保护工作问题探究
Study on Urban-Rural Planning Construction and Cultivated Land Protection in Shanghang County
摘要
Abstract
Reasonable cultivated land protection mechanism and innovative mechanism play an important role in promoting social economic development as well as maintaining social stability. However, in the urban-rural planning and construction of Shanghang county, there are problems such as the massive occupation of cultivated land in the development zone, the phenomenon of "vacant houses" in rural areas, most of the old houses for rural villagers are vacant and desolate, the expansion of urban construction, etc.Therefore, this paper puts forward following suggestions based on those problems: (1) strengthen plan and control, strictly control the construction land occupying high-quality cultivated land; (2) focus on promoting the renovation of "vacant houses" and promote the conservation of intensive land; (3) actively renovate the old villages into cultivated land and promote beautiful rural construction; (4) strictly implement the policy of "equivalent occupancy and compensation" for cultivated land.关键词
