Abstract
The construction of the poverty alleviation mechanism for land development is of great significance for the rational use of land resources and the promotion of poverty alleviation.In the process of land development in Wumeng mountainous area, the enthusiasm of farmers to operate rural land is generally declining, the land use and operating costs are rising, the planning of land development and the marketization of land management are contradictory, the short-term behaviors of new business entities are prominent, and the comprehensive coordination between the land development projects is insufficient.Based on this, the paper put forward some suggestions: (1) Convert the government's investments of land development into the assets of village-level organizations and poor households; (2) Guide some of the land to centralize in the hands of poor farmers; (3) Reduce the cost of operating land for poor farmers; (4) Establish the supervision and evaluation mechanism for sustainable land use and management; (5) Establish a coordination mechanism for agricultural industry development and land development projects.关键词
