Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Detailed Investigation Projects of Geological Disasters——A Case Study of Guangdong Province

Abstract
Due to mountainous topography in China, the geological condition is complicated, and is prone to geological disasters. Over the years, China has poured significant funds in geological disaster prevention and control, and has achieved remarkable progress, however, with social and economic development, there are higher requirements for geological disaster prevention. According to the "13 th Five-Year Plan for the Prevention and Control of Geological Disasters in China", all parts of the country have formulated plans and invested funds to carry out detailed investigations on geological disasters. Taking the detailed investigation projects of geological disasters in Guangdong Province as an example, this paper puts forward the following suggestions by analyzing the problems found in the project implementation process: (1) to establish and strengthen the incentive mechanism; (2) to strengthen the effect control of technical training and standardized learning; (3) to consolidate industry supervision; (4) to establish and improve the modern supervision system; (5) to strengthen the informationization construction of the supervision platform.关键词
