基于CFD的双锥角微型旋流器分离性能的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of separation performance of a double cone angle hydrocyclone based on CFD

Abstract
In order to solve the problems that were difficult to separate ultrafine powder from the conventional single cone hydrocyclone, a type of 8 mm double cone hydrocyclone was proposed, and two kinds of hydrocyclone were simulated by software of FLUENT 14.5.The internal flow field and separation performance of the two kinds of hydrocyclone were systematically compared and analyzed separate performance and test verification.The results show that the separation size of the double cone hydrocyclone is reduced by 0.8μm, and it effectively reduces the overflow and underflow of coarse and fine clipping.By simulation, the content of 1μm in overflow increases by 6.13%, and the content of 4.5μm products in the underflow increases by 5.21%.The underflow and overflow coarse and fine clipping phenomenon has been significantly improved.关键词
