基于激光光斑圆心偏移计算的导轨直线度测量
Straightness measurement of guiderails based on laser beam spot center offset calculation
摘要
Abstract
A method of measuring the straightness of guiderails based on the calculation of the center position of laser beam spots was proposed.A laser beam was emitted from the laser interferometer and reached the plane reflector mounted on the moving target on the guiderail.The reflected back beam was finally received by the CCD camera;and the spot image was obtained.A series of images were collected by moving the slide on the guiderail several times with equal steps.The arc of the light spot in the image was detected by Hough transform;and the pixel coordinates of the spot circle were extracted.The physical coordinates of the camera were calibrated by the black and white checkerboard calibration method.According to the deviation between the center of the spot obtained from each measuring position on the measured guiderail and the center of the original spot, the straightness error was obtained by the least square method.Compared with the tri-coordinate measuring machine, the measured results showed the accuracy of the measurement method proposed in this paper was 40μm, which was highly feasible.关键词
