基于LVDT的在线测量系统设计
Online measurement system design based on LVDT

Abstract
Linear variable differential transformers (LVDT) use the primary coil excitation voltage as the phase reference to calculate output and will result in some problems such as weak signal anti-interference ability, distortion of data, cumbersome software compensation, heavy workload and so on.A LVDT sensor was proposed to measure the difference between the secondary signal difference and the sum value of the output.As an online measurement circuit of the working principle, it not only solved the above-mentioned defects but also made the data measurement more accurate.It also developed a WiFi serial port instead in replacement of a lead transmission.A network database was established for product measurement, which was convenient for traceability.The experimental results showed that the system was not only stable but also the relative error was reduced by 9.7%, which satisfied the design requirements in practical use and verified the effectiveness of the method.关键词
