通风管道中止回阀阻力系数研究
Research on drag coefficient of flue check valves
摘要
Abstract
When the gas in the pipeline passes through the check valve component, pressure may loss.The loss value is related to the resistance coefficient of the check valve.A 3D model of the hood pipe with check valves was established with Solidworks.Meshing the model with Gambit, the drag coefficient of the check valve at different opening degrees and different air volumes were simulated by using Fluent and verified by experimental tests.The results showed that the air volume had less influence on the resistance coefficient of the check valve.The check valve opening angle had impact on its drag coefficient.According to the numerical simulation and experimental results, the relationship formula between the resistance coefficient and the opening angle was obtained.关键词
