头皮针结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑梗死后认知功能障碍的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) for Cognitive Impairment after Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in treating cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction. Methods:All 120 patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction were divided randomly into control group 1 (group A1) (n=40), control group 2 (group A2) (n=39) and observation group (group B) (n=41). The group A1 was treated with scalp acupuncture, the group A2 was treated with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation, and the group B was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. The three groups were evaluated with the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) and the Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) before and after treatment, and the curative effect was examined. Results:The cognitive ability of the three groups was improved after treatment. The MoCA and MMSE scores after each course of treatment were significantly higher than before treatment, and the group B was more effective than the group A1 and group A2 (P＜0.01, 0.05). Conclusion:The scalp acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is effective in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction, and the operation of this method is simple and safe.关键词
