摘要

Abstract

This paper reviews the advanced high purity analysis methods in the last decade, including mass spectrometry, neutron and charged ion activation analysis, chemical spectrum analysis and ray spectrum analysis. The differences, advantages and disadvantages of high purity metal detection methods are analyzed and compared. For purity metal analysis, the appropriate detection method is selected according to purity metal type, use and impurity type.
