Abstract
"Setting up mechanism"is one of the key tasks of the new round of medical reform launched in2009. This paper expounds how to do well in the construction of township health centers from the perspectives of how to understand and handle the four relationships, including relationships between ownership and management right, input and purchase, service and income, class I public welfare and class Ⅱ public welfare.关键词
