Active degree of researches in the field of maternal healthcare in Beijing and Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the change trend of the active degree of researches (ADR) in the field of maternal and child healthcare (MCH) in Beijing and Shanghai, to analyze the correlation between ADR and maternal mortality rate (MMR), and to finally try the feasibility of ADR in assessing maternal and child healthcare. Methods The census method was used to collect all the research literatures related to the field of maternal and child healthcare in Beijing and Shanghai, and the active degree was studied quantitatively. Spearman correlation and linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between ADR and MMR. Results The number of literatures and documents in MCH in Beijing per 10 000 inhabitants increased from 2. 48 in 2000 to 11. 50 in 2017 and the ADR of Beijing in MCH increased from 32. 3% to 100. 0% in the same period. Also, from 2000 to 2017, the number of literatures and documents in MCH in Shanghai per 10, 000 inhabitants increased from 1. 63 to 7. 11 and the ADR of Shanghai in MCH increased from 25. 0% to 68. 9%. The correlation coefficients between MMR and ADR were-0. 518 in Beijing and-0. 759 in Shanghai with significance. Conclusions Appropriate MCH system should focus on the master of advanced theory and technology. The ADR in MCH for both Beijing and Shanghai has improved much, which plays a significant impact on MMR, but it is still necessary to give full play to the leading role of advanced technology. Meanwhile the reliability of ADR has been proved, which can be used to assess the health outcomes of MCH program.关键词
