基于病案系统的肺癌患者住院费用分布及影响因素研究
Hospitalization cost distribution and influencing factors of lung cancer patients based on medical record system

Abstract
Objective To mine the big data of hospital medical record system and to explore the distribution composition and influencing factors of lung cancer patients' hospitalization expenses. Methods Data of 9, 611 inpatients in a Grade Ⅲ first-class hospital in Jiangsu province from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected whose primary and secondary diagnosis were all lung cancer. Patient data including basic demographic characteristics and hospitalization cost were analyzed by statistical description, single factor analysis and multiple linear regression. Results Of hospitalization expenses drug cost for lung cancer patients accounted for the highest (46. 07％), followed by diagnosis cost (13. 78％). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the three factors that had the greatest influence on the hospitalization cost of patients with lung cancer were length of stay, treatment result and payment method. Conclusions Rational drug use, active introduction of clinical pathways to reduce the length of hospital stay and scope expansion of medical insurance are important measures to effectively control the cost burden of lung cancer patients.关键词
