河南省农村老人养老意愿及影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the pension willingness of the rural elderly in Henan Province and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods Multistage stratified random sampling was used for the survey conducted among 204 rural seniors aged 60 or above living in 9 villages of 3 cities in Henan province. Results 87. 2％ of the rural seniors intended to choose family support mode, while 12. 8％ of the rural seniors chose institution support mode. Occupation, household annual income, knowledge of old-age care institutions, family situation, and attitude toward the idea of bringing up children for old-age care had a significant impact on the elderlys pension willingness. Conclusions Family support mode occupies the dominant position in the pension willingness of the rural seniors, while the institution support mode has great development prospects. The government should further develop and improve the rural old-age care service system and promote the multi-layed and diversified development of old-age care to achieve the goal of"providing proper care for the aged".关键词
