Abstract
There is a critical shortage of old age nursing team in China today and more professional nursing staff are needed in the mode of medical care combined with nursing, but the current nursing team generally has low professional identity, low social status, low income and high resignation rate. In addition, the professional talent team is also facing difficulties in professional title promotion and dim career prospects, and the professional capacity of ordinary nursing staff can not meet the needs of the combination of medical care and nursing care. The old age nursing team is in a vicious cycle of low quality and low income. In the developed countries the good professional qualities of the old age nursing team are ensured by strict access system and regulatory system, who have good income and social status. In the present situation that China is going into the aging society without well-off support and adequate preparations, it is necessary for the government and all walks of life to work together to strengthen professional cognition education, establish a diversified evaluation and incentive mechanism, perfect the industry guarantee system, encourage nurses' multipoint practice, and design professional talent's career promotion path, in order to promote the healthy development of the old age nursing team and meet the nursing needs of the combination of medical and nursing care.关键词
