On the Transformation Development Strategy for High-level Characteristic University Based on the "Unified Layoutof Disciplines" Under the Requirement of "Double First-rate"

Abstract
Disciplinary construction serves as a cornerstone for the development of universities. The functional positioning of universities is determined by the structure layout of discipline systems, which defines the university education and serves as a vehicle to carry out the missions of universities. Therefore, the layout of discipline systems and structures should be accurately positioned, the function and appraisal standard of disciplines should be accurately defined, the organization forms and basis should be accurately instituted, and the principle and standard of discipline resources distribution and configuration should be accurately set up. The "unified layout of disciplines", specialty and postgraduate degree centers is crucial to the core competitive power of universities. The manner of resources distribution is key to the "unified layout of disciplines" construction, and the perfection of the operational system is a guarantee for upgrading both quality and efficiency.关键词
