Abstract
School-Enterprise (Local Government) Collaborative Cultivation is an effective way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents. Based on the characteristics of the agricultural industry, Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry carries out the reform and practice of collaborative education mode, such as ordered class and customized class, in collaboration with the enterprises (local governments). This provides an effective path to solving the problems of agricultural talents to go to work, stay and serve in the countryside.关键词
