农林院校数理学科教学团队组建模式创新与实践
Innovation and Practice of Teaching Team Construction Model of Mathematics and Science in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges

Abstract
Under the background of "Double First-Class" construction, the basic disciplines of mathematics and science in agricultural and forestry universities play a particularly important role in supporting the cultivation of innovative talents and the development of universities. Taking Northwest A&F university as a case, based on the analysis of the problems the existing teaching team has met in the development of teaching faculty of science, team operation, personnel training, and taking consideration of teaching reform conducted in the College of Science, this paper put forward the reform conception and plan for innovative teaching team construction, including, breaking the traditional framework of teaching and research section limit based on a teaching platform, and in a task-driven manner establishing a fixed and flexible combination of diversified teaching team. Through reform and practice, the College of Science of Northwest A&F University has achieved certain results in teaching task implementation, teacher team construction, innovative talent training, teaching reform and teaching team construction and management.关键词
