满意度视域下广西现代青年农场主培训绩效研究
On the Training Performance of Modern Guangxi Young Farmers from the Perspective of Satisfaction

Abstract
Based on the survey data of 348 trainees in Modern Guangxi Young Farmers Training Classes, the structural equation model is used to empirically analyze the internal mechanism of the trainees' perceived performance, perceived cost, trust, training satisfaction and training loyalty. According to the results, trainees' perceived performance and trust have a significant positive impact on training satisfaction, in which the impact of trust is more intense; trust also has a significantly positive impact on perceived performance, while it has a significant negative impact on the perceived cost;the impact of perceived cost on training satisfaction is not significant; trainees' overall satisfaction for training is relatively high, and training satisfaction has a significant positive impact on training loyalty as well. It is recommended the three major training lines of production skills, management and entrepreneurship be firmly grasped;the role of the alumni association platform be actively played; typical experience summaries and media campaigns be strengthened.关键词
