Abstract
In order to solve the problem of low human capital accumulation caused by the lack of process management and duplication effort, a bicirculating implementation scheme was proposed which was based on human capital accumulation model of production—education integration in the processes of school teaching, enterprise production practice and production-education integration in Yangzhou Vocational College. The results showed as follows: (1) The accumulation of human capital in school teaching and production practice was a linear and a logical growth respectively; (2) The integrated learning model which combined the advantages of the school teaching and production practice model, with reduced cost and free from duplication effort was beneficial to the cultivation and sustainable development of students' innovative ability; (3) A bicirculating scheme was proposed which was based on industry—education integration.关键词
