3～5岁听障儿童与健听儿童气质特点的比较分析
A Comparative Study of the Temperamental Characteristics between Hearing-Impaired Children and Normal Hearing Children at Age 3-5

Abstract
Objective To compare the temperamental characteristics between hearing-impaired children and normal hearing children aged 3-5 years and to provide references for the rehabilitation training.Methods 206 hearing-impaired children and 182 normal hearing children were investigated with the Parent Temperament Questionnaire (PTQ) for children of 3-7 years old.Results The dimension of the temperamental characteristics of hearing-impaired children were influenced by children's age, gender, the main caregivers' education levels and occupation; the main influencing factor of the temperament was the main caregivers' educational level, and D-type of temperament was also affected by the family structures. When the influential factors of the hearing-impaired children and normal hearing children were set as control variables, the results of t-test show that only the scores on threshold of reaction in hearing-impaired children were significantly higher than those in normal hearing children (P＜0.05).Conclusion There are some similar factors affecting the temperament of 3-5-year-old children with hearing impairment and their hearing peers. The temperamental characteristics are similar between hearingimpaired children who accept the comprehensive rehabilitation mode and normal hearing children. However, the hearingimpaired children have higher thresholds of reaction and should be taken into account in the normal school.关键词
