Abstract
Objective To investigate the safe injection method of HA for rhinoplasty.Method The HA was injected under the periosteum at nasal bone with sharp needles, blunt needles are used at the cartilage area and injected on the perichondrium.The dose of injection was 1-2ml.Results The method was applied to 157 case of rhineplasty with HA injection.All the patients was followed up for 1 to 9 months, assess patients satisfaction and complication. 3 patiens felt pain after injection, 1 patient ecchymosis, and to ease in 1-2 weeks.The mean time of HA absorbtion was 26.3 weeks after injection.Conclusion HA was injected at subperiosteum and perichondrium is safe and effective.This method of injection is worth popularizing.关键词
