Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of autogenous costal cartilage scaffold in rhinoplasty. Methods 421 patients who underwent comprehensive rhinoplasty in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as study samples. Autogenous costal cartilage scaffolds were used in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery, and the results were analyzed. Results The wound healing was satisfactory. The wound healing of the patients was better, and the patients were satisfied with the immediate appearance after the operation. Among them, 346 patients were followed up for 0.5-1 year.The subjects were satisfied with the upward movement of the nasal tip, and the back of the nose was natural and tall. The nose tip is clear. Short nose was improved in all patients. Four patients suffered from local hematoma after operation due to external factors. After debridement, the healing of the patients was satisfactory, without affecting the effect of the operation. Conclusion Autogenous costal cartilage scaffold has high survival rate and is convenient for sculpture in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery. The nose shape after operation is natural and straight, beautiful and stereoscopic. Itcan achieve good expected results. And it is not easy to appear, rejection, high safety, strong stability, so it is worth further promotion in clinical use.关键词
