Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of PPDO line combined with botulinum toxin type A and hyaluronic acid for facial rejuvenation. Methods 84 women with facial rejuvenation from February 2016 to April 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was given botulinum toxin type A and hyaluronic acid, and the observation group was given PPDO line on the basis of the control group.The effects of the two groups and the facial score were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.57％ (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in nasolabial fold score, mandibular margin morphology score and wrinkle score between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 19.05％, which was not significantly different from the control group of 26.19％ (P> 0.05). Conclusion The effect of PPDO line combined with botulinum toxin type A and hyaluronic acid on facial rejuvenation is better than that of botulinum toxin type A combined with hyaluronic acid, which is worth promoting.关键词
