Abstract
Objective The effect of platelet-derived plasma-assisted autologous fat transplantation biplane injection technique was analyzed in patients who received facial rejuvenation. Mthods Eight patients with partial depression or conscious facial skin sagging facial beauty who came to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as subjects of this study and randomly divided into observation groups (n=40 cases, Platelet-rich plasma-assisted autologous fat transplantation with double-plane injection of facial filling) and control group (n=40 cases, simple facial double-plane injection of facial filling). The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 97.50％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00％) (P < 0.05). During the follow-up period of one year, no complications such as nodules, infection and fat liquefaction occurred in the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The patients who received facial rejuvenation treatment were treated with platelet-rich plasma-assisted autologous fat transplantation double-plane injection. The patient's postoperative effect was obvious and the safety was high.关键词
