Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of autologous nasal septal cartilage and autologous ear cartilage combined with expanded augmentation in rhinoplasty.Methods 94 cases of rhinoplasty patients admitted to our hospital from january 2016 to march 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 47 cases in each group.in the control group, patients were treated with expanded rhinoplasty. The observation group used autologous nasal septal cartilage and autologous ear cartilage combined with expanded augmentation.the nasal morphology, aesthetic score, and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the nose aesthetic score between the two groups before surgery (P> 0.05).The postoperative nasal aesthetic score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).There were significant differences in nasal tip width, nose length, nose tip angle, small cylinder angle and nose tip height between the two groups (P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group was 95.74％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 74.47％ (P < 0.05).Conclusion Autologous nasal septal cartilage and autologous ear cartilage combined with expanded rhinoplasty for rhinoplasty meet the aesthetic requirements, superior to the prosthetic rhinoplasty, can also achieve high satisfaction, it is worth promoting.关键词
