Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of anterolateral thigh perforator flap (ALTPF) and abdominal pedicled skin flap (APSF) in the repair of hand soft tissue defects. Methods 64 patients with hand soft tissue defect were randomly divided into ALTPF group and APSF group. 32 patients in each group were treated with corresponding skin flap transplantation. The evaluation of skin flap and complications in recipient area were observed. Result The result of skin flap evaluation in ALTPF group was (86.32±1.47) higher than that in APSF group (75.13±1.58). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) ; the incidence of complications in ALTPF group was 12.50％ lower than that in APSF group was 31.25％, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with APSF transplantation, ALTPF transplantation has a significant effect on the repair of hand soft tissue defects.关键词
