超分子水杨酸联合自拟消痤方治疗痤疮的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with self-made elimilating acne formula for mild to moderate acne. Methods A total of 130 acne patients were randomly divided into two groups. 65 patients in treatment group were treated with supramolecular salicylic acid combined with self-made elimilating acne formula, while patients in control group were treated with self-made elimilating acne formula alone. The fusidic acid cream were used in both groups. The clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the adverse reactions were also recorded. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the effective rates in treatment group and control group were 86.15％ and 66.15％, respectively. There was significantly difference between two groups (P < 0.05) There was no significant adverse reactions in either group. Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with self-made elimilating acne formula for mild to moderate acne, is a safe internal and external treatment, with good efficacy and patient compliance, and worth more use in clinics.关键词
