摘要
Abstract
Objective Platelet-rich fibrin membrane (PRF) was used to guide bone tissue regeneration site preservation, and its effects on gingival tissue healing and bone mass preservation were analyzed. Methods 66 patients who underwent bone tissue regeneration site preservation after tooth extraction were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group consisted of 33 patients and the Bio-Oss bone graft material was covered the PRF membrane, and the control group was covered the Bio-Gide membrane, the wound healing rate was compared between 1W and 2W after operation. The height and thickness of alveolar bone lip line were compared postoperative 3 months by CBCT Results The wound healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05) ;The wound healing rate of the experimental group at 1W and 2W after surgery was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05) ;There was no significant difference in the height and width of the alveolar bone between the two groups before tooth extraction (P> 0.05) The height and width of the alveolar bone between the two groups were partially lost 3 months after surgery, but the height and width of the alveolar bone in the experimental group were higher/wider than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Platelet-rich fibrin membrane has a significant effect on the bone tissue regeneration site preservation, which can promote the rapid healing of gingival tissue, reduce bone loss, promote the generation of new bone, and lay a good foundation for the implant tooth, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
