摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of autologous septum cartilage and ear cartilage on short nose extension. Methods62 congenital short nose patients were involved.Extending their short nose with autologous ear cartilage and septum cartilage. Results The degree of extension is obvious, The tip of the nose is stable and nice, This method has the low rate of adverse reactions and high patient satisfaction. Compared with the preoperative, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Implant on short nose for nasal extended angioplasty through autologous septal cartilage and ear cartilage has nicer tip, better elasticity, less rejection reaction and high patient satisfaction.关键词
