Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical experience and effect of hyaluronic acid injection for rhinoplasty. Methods 80 cases of patients who received nose augmentation injection in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were collected. All patients were randomly assigned to receive hyaluronic acid injection for rhinoplasty, while the control group received blunt needle injection and the observation group received sharp needle injection. Postoperative patient satisfaction was compared between the two groups. Degree of immediate postoperative swelling; Postoperative nasal root width; Postoperative complications. Results The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05); The incidence of immediate postoperative swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The nasal root width and complications in the observation group were similar to those in the control group (P＞ 0.05). Conclusion Sharp needle injection, the patient satisfaction is higher, immediate postoperative swelling is less. There was no difference in postoperative nasal root width and complications.关键词
