Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value and experience of autologous fat granule injection and transplantation in the facial depression of patients. Methods From January 2018 to June in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of facial depression in patients with 60 cases as the research object, uneffective transplantation of autologous fat granules injection methods in facial depression, select the patient's abdomen, anterolateral thigh and hip fat as supply area, the method of liposuction by hand to pick up the fat, then use the static method for the extraction of fat are purified and after purification of fat after rinsing and precipitation process, the injection to the patient's facial depression. Results Of the selected parts of 60 cases of patients with facial sag filling quantity for 4-40 ml, can be between 3 to 6 months after second populated, in 1 to 3 times of fat particles, after filling in patients with facial sag more full, the overall appearance of natural, wrinkles appeared significantly reduced or disappeared, in the process of postoperative follow-up, 3 patients were found to have a local induration phenomenon, but in the local massage and hot compress or physical therapy after disappears, and no complications of hematoma, infection or asymmetric phenomenon appears, and patient satisfaction is higher. Conclusion Autologous fat granule injection for patients with facial depression can significantly improve the facial condition of patients, and the treatment is simple, less scar, less pain and higher satisfaction of patients, clinical application is very safe and effective, worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
