内窥镜下植入医用软组织提拉带小切口额颞部除皱术治疗额颞部松弛患者的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of frontotemporal relaxation with a small incision for the treatment of frontotemporal debridement with a small incision in the soft tissue of the medical soft tissue. Methods From July 2016 to April 2018, 145 patients with frontal sacral laxity in our hospital were selected.According to the treatment, the traction group (n=73) and the conventional group (n=72) were divided.Conventional group underwent routine small incision for the frontotemporal wrinkle removal, and the pull-pull group was implanted under the endoscope with a small soft incision for the frontotemporal wrinkle removal.The degree of eyebrow spacing improvement, patient satisfaction, complications, and eyebrow spacing before and after surgery were compared. Results The distance between the eyebrows and the eyebrows in the post-lifting group were higher than those in the conventional group (P ＜ 0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the lifting group was 98.63％ (72/73), which was higher than that in the conventional group (87.50％, 63/72, P ＜ 0.05); no complications such as wound infection, hematoma, flap necrosis, facial nerve injury, etc., facial expression was natural. Conclusion Endoscopic implantation of medical soft tissue lifting belt with small incision for the frontal sacral wrinkle treatment has significant relaxation effect on the frontal sac, less complications and high patient satisfaction.关键词
