Vaginal Rejuvenation Operated by Thread Embedded in Double-loop design with Multiple Directions Needle

摘要
Abstract
Objective To introduce the main points and clinical effect of vaginal rejuvenation operated by thread embedded in Double-loop design with Multiple directions needle. Methods 25 cases were selected randomly from vaginal rejuvenation operated by thread embedded in Double-loop with Multiple directions needle in our doctor team. Vaginal relaxation degree was evaluated before surgery.The Multiple directions needle (Patent number:ZL-2017210807637), which was invented by Dr. Zhang Zongxue, and esters bidirectional 2-0 barbed thread was used in our operation with local infiltration anesthesia by Lidocaine. The threads were implanted into the posterior wall of vagina and muscle layer of perineum body by Double-loop design and thread embedded guidance technology.The reduction of vaginal orifice and the degree of vaginal tightness were measured immediately after operation. Postoperative complications were observed and cases satisfaction rates of one month after operation were surveyed. Results Among 25 cases of vaginal relaxation, 8 cases were degree Ⅰ, 12 cases were degree II and 5 cases were degree Ш with enuresis in some degree. The mean average operation time was 35 min. The vaginal orifice shrank and the vaginal tightness increased immediately, the enuresis disappear after operation and the total effective rate was 100％. One month after operation, the cases satisfaction rate was 98％. There were no indentation of puncture points, no thread leakage, no infection, no rectal injury and other complications. Conclusions The vaginal rejuvenation surgery by thread embedded in Double-loop with Multiple directions needle had some advantages such as simple operation, good effect of vaginal contraction, effective prevention of puncture points indentation and thread leakage. It could be improvement of vaginal rejuvenation by embedding thread and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.关键词
