Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the application efficacy of intraorbital septum fat release and eye platform reconstruction in eye-pouch repair surgery. Methods 80 cases who receive eye-pouch repair surgery were randomly selected from our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 for discussion. They were divided into 2 groups by random number method.40 cases treated by skin approach therapy (control group) and the other 40 cases treated by intraorbital septum fat release and eye platform reconstruction surgery (study group) to observe and compare the therapeutic effect. Results The total curative effect in the study group was 95％which is higher than that in the control group (65％), the overall incidence of complications in the study group was 7.5％ which is lower than that in the control group (37.50％), the total satisfaction of the study group was 90％ which is higher than that in the control group (60％), and the data between groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The introduction of intraorbital septum fat release and eye platform reconstruction in eye-pouch repair surgery has outstanding therapeutic effect, high safety and high patient satisfaction, which is worth promoting.关键词
