Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Y-V angioplasty combined with three-point small incision double iliac crest surgery in patients with internal hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 122 patients with single sputum combined with internal sacral skin from May 2016 to April 2017 were enrolled in our hospital. The patients were treated with Y-V angioplasty combined with threepoint small incision and double iliac crest surgery. The treatment effect was followed up for 12 months. Results After 6 months of follow-up, 7 cases had slight hyperplasia of the scar at the incision, and gradually faded after the external scar treatment. After 12 months of follow-up, the incision is healed better, all of which was stage I healing, and the incision was concealed. The scar is not obvious, the internal hemorrhoids are significantly improved, the appearance is good, the curvature of the wrinkles is natural and smooth, and it is naturally connected with the inner ankle. Conclusion Three-point small incision double iliac crest surgery with Y-V angioplasty, the correction effect is good, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
