Abstract
Objective To study the effect of interosseous artery perforator flap transplantation in the treatment of hand skin defect patients. Methods Thirty-six patients with hand skin defect in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated with percutaneous trans-arterial perforator flap transplantation. The survival of the flap and the postoperative complications were analyzed.The patients were followed up for 3-6. Month, analysis of reoperation and plastic surgery. Results (1) flap survival: 36 patients had a flap survival rate of 100.00％; (2) complications: postoperative complication rate was 11.11％ (4/36); (3) reoperation and plastic surgery:After 3 to 6 months of follow-up, 36 patients had no reoperation and the incidence was 0.00％. Conclusion Patients with hand skin defect repaired with interosseous artery perforator flap can effectively guarantee the survival of flaps, and the incidence of postoperative complications is low. It can also avoid or reduce reoperation and plastic surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
