Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of skin and soft tissue expansion technique and its effect on scar recovery in facial and cervical scar surgery. Methods 100 patients with face and neck scar operation were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (control group, n = 50) and the skin and soft tissue expansion technique (observation group, n = 100). The total effective rate and complication rate were compared. Results The time needed to complete dilatation, the rate of immediate retraction and the ratio of I/III collagen after operation in the observation group were less than those in the control group. The level of OHP was higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05). In the observation group, only 1 case was infected, the complication rate was 2％, while in the control group, there were 1 case of infection, 6 cases of skin redness or sweat rash, and the complication rate was 14 (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The technique of skin tissue expansion can improve the quality of operation, ensure clinical safety and improve the prognosis of scar recovery.关键词
