Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of 595 pulse dye laser combined with 0.5％ timolol eye drops in the treatment of superficial infantile hemangiomas. Methods The clinical data of 78 patients who were treated in our hospital from 2016/07 to2018/09 were collected. According to different treatment options, 39 patients in the observation group and 39 patients in the control group. Control group: 595 pulse dye laser treatment. Observation group: On the basis of the control group, 0.5％ timolol eye drops were used. Observe the efficacy and complications. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44％ higher than that of the control group (74.36％). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.69％ lower than that of the control group (23.08％), the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion For superficial infantile hemangiomas, 595 pulse dye laser combined with 0.5％ timolol eye drops can achieve better therapeutic effect, and the complications are relatively small, and the application value is higher.关键词
