Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of tranexamic acid combined with asiaticoside ointment in the treatment of chloasma. Methods From August 2016 to May 2018, 92 patients with chloasma in our hospital were enrolled. According to the treatment plan, they were divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases each. The two groups were treated with basic treatment, The control group was treated with tranexamic acid, and the observation group was treated with tranexamic acid combined with asiaticoside ointment. The efficacy of two groups, the skin lesions before and after treatment were compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was statistically compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (89.13％) was higher than that of the control group (65.22％) (P ＜ 0.05) After treatment, the color and area of skin lesions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (6.52％) was not significantly different from that in the control group (2.17％) (P＞ 0.05); the adverse reactions of the two groups were mild and tolerable, and they were relieved without intervention. Conclusion The combination of tranexamic acid and asiaticoside ointment is effective in the treatment of chloasma, and can effectively reduce the skin lesion of patients with high safety.关键词
