Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of six-step standard communication process in nursing-patient communication of augmentation rhinoplasty patients, and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods 86 cases of rhinoplasty were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nurse patient communication, and the observation group implemented individual standard communication process for nurse patient communication. Before discharge, self-management behavior questionnaire, rhinoplasty related knowledge questionnaire and nursing satisfaction questionnaire were sent out to evaluate the application effect, and the occurrence of adverse events due to poor communication was counted. Results The treatment and nursing compliance scores of the observation group (32.16±2.47) were higher than those of the control group (24.97±2.88); the bad living habits change behavior scores (30.89±2.61) were higher than those of the control group (26.11±2.17); the self-management behavior scores (89.15±7.83) were higher than those of the control group (75.49±8.05); and the intergroup pairing scores (30.89±2.61) were higher than those of the control group (26.11±2.17). The difference should be statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group in the knowledge about operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.67％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 83.72％. There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05). The observation group had no adverse events due to poor communication, and the control group had 13.95％adverse events due to poor communication. There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Sixstep standard communication process can effectively improve the communication ability of nurses, improve the mastery of surgical knowledge and treatment and nursing compliance of rhinoplasty patients, reduce treatment uncertainty, promote the change of bad living habits and self-management behavior, help to establish mutual trust between nurses and patients, and avoid medical disputes.关键词
