依达拉奉联合丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血清炎症因子的影响
Effects of Edaravone Injection Combined with Danhong Injection (丹红注射液) on the Neurological Function and Serum Inflammatory Factors in Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Edaravone injection combined with Danhong Injection (丹红注射液) in the neurological function and serum hs-CRP (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein), TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor-α) and IL-6 (interleukin-6) concentrations in acute cerebral infarction (ACI) patients. Methods A total of 80 ACI patients treated in Lianjiang People's Hospital from May 2016 to July 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly devided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table, with 40 cases each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, citicoline injection and low molecular weight dextran injection, and the observation group was treated with conventional therapy, Edaravone injection with Danhong Injection. The clinical efficacy between the 2 groups was counted. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0％, which was significantly higher than 75.0％ of the control group, and there was statically significant differece (P<0.05). After treatment, the ADL (activity of daily living) scores in the observation group were significantly higher than control group, and there was statical significance (P<0.05). The NIHSS (National Institute of Health stroke scale) scores in the observation group were significantly lower than control group, and there was statical significance (P<0.05). The serum inflammatory factor contents in the observation group were significantly lower than control group, and there was statical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The Edaravone injection with Danhong Injection can relieve the inflammatory response and neurologic impairments, increase the clinical safety and efficacy, which is worthy for clinical promotion.关键词
