Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of Qianggu capsule (强骨胶囊) and Gugua (骨瓜) extract injection in the treatment of osteoporotic femoral fracture. Methods A total of 78 patients with osteoporotic femoral fractures who admitted to Jilin Provincial People's Hospital between September 2016 and January 2018 were divided into control group and experimental group based on the stochastic indicator method with 39 cases in each group. Among them, the control group was treated with Gugua extract injection alone, and the experimental group was treated with Gugua extract injection combined with Qianggu capsule. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94. 8%, while that of the control group was 79.5%, The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 10.451, P=0.001). The BMD of callus, the BMD of the neck of the femur, HHS, VAS score and fracture healing time of 3 months were compared between two groups. The data in the experimental group were (0.58±0.14), (0.85±0.17), (75.18±6.37), (1.72±0.28) and (9.41±1.24), and that in the control group were (0.51±0.09), (0.74±0.19), (67.92±6.23), (2.83±1.16) and (10.93±1.57), which were statistically significant (t=2.626, 2.694,5.129, 5.808, 4.744, P=0.010, 0.008, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000). There was no significant difference between the two groups of bone metabolism indexes (Ca, P, ALP, BGP, 24h urine HOP) before treatment (t=0.402, 0.335, 1.633, 0.101, 0.282, t=0.688, 0.738, 0.106, 0.919, 0.778). After different treatments, the indexes of the experimental group were significantly superior to those of the control group (t=2. 088, 2.170, 3.321, 2.254, 3. 865, P=0.040, 0.033, 0.001, 0.027, 0.000). Conclusion Femoral fracture with osteoporosis can be treated by combination of Qianggu capsule and Gugua extract injection, which is of significant efficiency.关键词
