摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with Xinbao pills (心宝丸) in treating senile chronic heart failure with sinus bradycardia. Methods The study involved 86 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with sinus bradycardia who were admitted in General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau from July 2015 to January 2018. All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group, Nitrates, diuretics and digoxin were used in both groups.The control group was given irbesartan orally, while the observation group was treated with Xinbao pills on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Cardiac function indexes, BNP and Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in cardiac function indexes between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The results of stroke volume, ventricular ejection fraction and 6 min walking test in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The end diastolic diameter of left ventricle and end systolic diameter of left ventricle were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance of the plasma level of n-terminal brain natriuretic peptide in the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the plasma level of n-terminal brain natriuretic peptide in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The effective rate of in observation group was 93.0％ , while the effective rate of control group was 76.8％. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan combined with Xinbao pills for the treatment of chronic heart failure with sinus bradycardia can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with obvious curative effect.关键词
