针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后遗留疼痛的临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture treatment on residual pain after lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods A total of 108 patients with residual pain after LDH operation admitted to Fengtian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (East Hospital) from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with medicine after operation, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion after operation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.03％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.37％ (P<0.05). After treatment, the visual analogue score and JOA score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse events was 7.41％ in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 22.22％ in the control group and was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can effectively relieve postoperative pain symptoms, improve lumbar function and reduce adverse events in LDH patients.关键词
