摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst and its effect on ovarian function of patients. Methods A total of 82 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst were selected as the study subject in Shenyang Sujiatun District Maternal and Infant Hospital from February 2016 to January 2017. They were divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each group by random number table method. Both groups were performed laparoscopic surgery, while patients of the observation group were treated with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 4.88%, which was significantly lower than 21.95% of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) (P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of FSH, LH, E2 and P of patients in the two groups were better than those before treatment. And the indexes of patients in the observation group were superior to those of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a is effective in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst, which can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of disease and improve ovarian function of patients.关键词
