Abstract
Objective To explore the anesthetic effects of remifentanil combined with sevoflurane in children undergoing tonsillectomy. Methods A total of 64 children who underwent tonsillectomy from January 2017 to June 2018 in Panjin Women Surgical Hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 32 children in each group. Children in the control group were anesthetized with remifentanil and propofol, and 32 children in the observation group were anesthetized with remifentanil and sevoflurane. The changes of alert/sedation score (OAA/S) and systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in each period were compared between the two groups and the occurrence of adverse reactions after operation was observed. Results The OAA/S of the control group was(3.25±0.17) and that of the observation group was (4.32±0.18), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At 5 minutes after tracheal intubation, 5 minutes after operation, and 5 minutes after extubation, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the heart rate was significa ntly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 43.75%, while that in the observation group was 6.25%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil combined with sevoflurane in children undergoing tonsillectomy can achieve better anesthetic effect, which is conducive to maintaining the stability of vital signs of children, and has high safety.关键词
