Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of bifid triple viable bacterial tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in children with diarrhea. Methods A total of 68 children with diarrhea enrolled in Dengta Central Hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group (n=34, treated with montmorillonite powder) and the observation group (n=34, treated with bifid triple viable bacterial tablets combined with montmorillonite powder). The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.12％, which was higher than 82.35％ of the control group, and the difference was statistically significantly (P<0.05). The restoration time of shapes and properties of feces, the time of temperature normalization, the time of normalization of routine examination of feces, the time of disappearance of vomiting, and the time of disappearance of abdominal pain were shorter than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin A (IgA) and CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the above indexes of both groups increased significantly, while the increase of the observation group was more obvious, and the difference was significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bifid triple viable bacterial tablets combined with montmorillonite powder has good effects and high safety in the treatment of diarrhea in children.关键词
