润燥止痒胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效

Abstract
Objective To study the application value of Runzao Zhiyang Capsules (润燥止痒胶囊) combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods A total of 127 chronic eczema patients treated from January 2018 to September 2018 in Changping Town Community Health Service Center were selected and assigned to study group (n=65) and control group (n=62) according to the random number table. The study group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang Capsules combined with loratadine; the control group was treated with loratadine. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.08％, and there was no significant difference between the study group and the control group (6.45％) (P>0.05), but the recurrence rate in the study group was 4.62％, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.13％) (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 92.31％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.26％) (P<0.05). Conclusion Runzao Zhiyang Capsules combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic eczema has significant effects, and can effectively alleviate the related symptoms, and has high safety.关键词
