我国基层卫生人才现状及发展对策分析
Analysis on the Status Quo and Development Countermeasures of Basic-level Health Talents in China

Abstract
Objective To track the latest policies in the field of medical and health care in China, analyze the current situation of health personnel in grassroots medical institutions in China, find out the existing problems, and propose development strategies for optimizing the structure of health human resources. Methods By using the methods of general data information and the relevant data of grassroots health personnel in the 2017 China Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook, the current number of basic-level health human resources in China, the basic situation of health personnel, academic qualifications, professional titles and regional distribution etc. are analysed. Results In general, the number of people in primary health institutions in China is huge, but the overall quality is low, the problems of unreasonable academic and professional title structure, and inadequate regional distribution are more prominent. Conclusion The personnel of grassroots health institutions in China still need to be optimized, and corresponding measures should be taken to improve the medical service level of the basic-level health workers.关键词
